Return & Refund Policy

30-Day Return Window

We want you to love your furniture. If a piece does not work in your space, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Return shipping is free for standard-size items within the continental US.

How to Initiate a Return

Email us at info@thomas-creations.com within 30 days of delivery
Include your order number and the reason for return
We will send you a return shipping label and instructions
Pack the item in its original packaging if possible
Drop off at the designated carrier location

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned item at our workshop. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom and made-to-order pieces (unless they arrive damaged or defective)
Items that have been modified, assembled, or used extensively
Clearance or final-sale items (clearly marked at time of purchase)

Damaged or Defective Items

If your furniture arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund at no cost to you. Do not dispose of packaging until the issue is resolved.

Return Condition

Items must be returned in their original condition — unused, unassembled, and in original packaging. Normal wear from inspection is acceptable. Items returned in damaged condition due to customer handling may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%.

Exchange Policy

Want to exchange for a different piece or finish? Contact us within 30 days. We will help you find the right replacement and arrange the exchange. Price differences will be refunded or charged accordingly.
